Our Therapists
Benjamin O'Neill
PhysiotherapistBen completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago in New Zealand in 2009 before moving to Australia in early 2010. Ben gained his Master’s in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle in 2013. Ben started Resolve Physiotherapy after working for a local physiotherapy private practice as he had a vision to provide better treatment to surrounding areas. Ben has a special interest in occupational health and has previously worked as an onsite physiotherapist and workplace rehabilitation provider for a mining company in Queensland. Ben is married with three young children and enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors.
Sarah Craig
Exercise PhysiologistSarah completed her Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2019, followed by completing a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology in April 2021 at La Trobe University. Prior to beginning her university journey, Sarah spent years in various fitness and customer service roles and always enjoyed working with people. It is what she was born to do! Sarah wants good health for everyone, and loves to use her up to date knowledge and skills in exercise prescription to help people manage conditions such as diabetes, osteoarthritis, and cardiovascular disease. Sarah holds a special interest in exercise for diabetes care, neurological conditions, and female physiology. Her interest in exercise prescription for neurological disorders was the basis for her undergraduate research project, which has since been published in the publication of the neurological society of India. Outside of work Sarah is kept active by her two young children and her love of the outdoors. Sarah loves to use the environment as her gym and does a lot of walking and exploring with her family. Sarah cannot wait to meet you, and help you on your way to better health and wellness.
Monika Bones
PhysiotherapistMonika joined the team in 2022 as a senior physiotherapist with many years of experience in a wide range of chronic conditions.
Dhara Mehta
PhysiotherapistDhara Mehta joined the team in 2023 and makes use of her physiotherapy experience from her native country India, where she completed her degree. Dhara applies a range of physiotherapy techniques and has experience with cardiorespiratory conditions.
